Mikvah.org is located at 312 Kingston Ave. between President St and Union St. Our regular business hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00am–2:00pm.
Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the State of New York. NY State law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. If we ship your order within the state of NY, tax is automatically added to the total purchase price. If you are a tax-deductible organization, please call us with your tax-exempt number in advance.
Privacy
Your information is secure with us. We do not share your information with any 3rd parties nor do we store your credit card numbers.
Shipping and Delivery
All of our domestic packages are shipped via UPS Ground, unless you choose otherwise. All shipping charges are based upon weight. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order besides for weekends and legal holidays when there is no UPS service. In the event an item is out of stock or on backorder we may wait several days to ship the complete order. If an item is unavailable for a week or longer, we will ship the order minus that item. All of our international packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless you choose otherwise.
